Skelmorlie Poosie Nansie’s Burns Club will be having their first meeting of the season on Monday, September 2.
The club celebrates the works of Robert Burns but welcomes poetic contribution by other Scottish poets and would be delighted if anyone wishes to perform their own poetic creations. Musical contributions are also appreciated.
The first meeting takes place at 8pm in Skelmorlie Bowling Club. They meet on the first Monday of the month during the winter months. New members will be most welcome.
The club, which has mixed membership, aim to provide speakers or entertainers whenever possible.
