You can enjoy an invigorating experience of breathwork and a cold dip in the magical setting of Kelburn Estate at a special event coming up in September.

The event will 'reset your body, calm your mind and nourish your soul', and is run by a Largs psychologist.

Therapist and breathwork coach Joe Prince said: "I have found breathwork immensely helpful in reducing anxiety and boosting my mood.

"These days, our brains are often over stimulated with information. It’s easy to feel disconnected from our bodies and drop into lower moods.

"A breathwork session can proved the chance to realign our physical, mental and emotional selves to come back into balance.

" I will lead a brief meditation session to help integrate the energies arising from the breathwork.

"A short hike up the majestic Never-Ending Glen leads to natural pools, carved out by the waterfalls of the River Kel. Here you will connect with the power of nature – immersing and invigorating your body in the flowing waters.

"We close out the day with a campfire ceremony of release and renewal weather permitting."

The experience is being offered on September 5 and 19.
