Police Scotland Youth Volunteers supported the Cancer Research UK Relay For Life Ayrshire event last weekend.
Relay For Life is an international movement - with over four million people taking part in 6,000 events across the globe.
Police Scotland Youth Volunteers (PSYV) were on hand to assist the participants in at the Ayrshire Athletics Arena in Kilmarnock.
The young people set up the Candle Of Hope ceremony - a thousand locally-decorated lights to honour everyone affected by cancer.
Over £80,000 was raised for the charity, and the PSYV young people were praised for their professionalism and assistance.
