LARGS First Responders held an emergency services day on the town's seafront on Sunday as local emergency groups celebrated a hat-trick of anniversaries.
Organisers thanked everyone who came along to the meet the emergency teams at Largs Lifeboat Station, with a range of demonstrations taking place, as well as opportunity for the public to find out more about the emergency service heroes who run to danger.
A spokesperson for the Largs First Responders said: "We had a great day meeting so many wonderful supporters and teaching lots of CPR.
"On this our 20th anniversary, we are grateful for the continued support from the public and our partners.
"Congratulations to Largs Community Resilience Team celebrating their 10th anniversary and Largs RNLI celebrating their 60th anniversary this year.
"We must thank our coordinator Thom Williamson who organised the fantastic event and all our partners who attended Largs Fire Station, Largs Coastguard Rescue Team, Police Scotland Ayrshire, RNLI, Scottish Ambulance Service, Glasgow and Clyde Raynet, Scottish Ambulance Service Community Resilience.
"A huge thanks to Jim, Margaret and the team at Indigo Eats for providing the barbecue. The burgers were delicious."
A police spokesperson said: "On Sunday, locality officers from spent time with partner agencies at Largs to let the community meet the teams that serve the area.
"The children and families enjoyed seeing inside the vehicles, and learning about the onboard equipment."
