CERTIFICATES were handed out at St Mary's Primary School assembly in Largs to reward the endeavours of pupils.
The Primary 7 children received recognition from Arran Outdoor Centre for participating in outdoor learning activities.
Other certificates were awarded for achievements in literacy, numeracy, and supporting parent workshops.
The assembly on Friday morning began with children thinking about their families and friends as they prayed their school prayer.
As the pupils continued on their faith journey, the assembly discussed, ‘What is the Rosary?’ and ‘Why do we pray the Rosary?’.
Ladies from St. Mary’s Parish Community will be visiting classes during the month of October and praying the Joyful Mysteries with the children.
