HOT on the heels of their successful concert at the Cathedral of the Isles in Millport, the Ayrshire Fiddle Orchestra are making a quick return to the area to perform in Largs.
The Ayrshire Fiddle Orchestra has developed a well deserved reputation for producing some of the most entertaining fiddle music in Scotland and are continually offered musical engagements not just in Ayrshire but throughout Scotland and beyond.
The social and outreach committee of the town's community church has organised for the orchestra to appear in concert in the church building, formerly known as Clark Memorial.
The event takes place on Sunday, November 3 at 3pm.
The famous orchestra, which has played for 40 years and has performed in different countries, completed the recent Cathedral of the Isles summer season of musical concerts in Millport.
Wallace and Lex Galbraith founded the Ayrshire Fiddle Orchestra in August 1982 with the aim of encouraging and developing Scots fiddle music among local young musicians.
A Largs Community Church spokesperson said: "Enjoy an afternoon of toe-tapping tunes and traditional Scottish music.
"Entry is free but donations would be gratefully received towards orchestra and church funds."
