SELFLESS Skelmorlie Primary pupils thought about others during their thanksgiving by making harvest donations for their local foodbank.
Largs Food Bank have praised the pupils' efforts in raising awareness and their families for providing donations to help people who are struggling to eat.
A spokesperson said: "It was a wonderful harvest service this morning at Skelmorlie primary school.
"Such confident talented children who done the whole service
"Thank you to all the families who supported the school collection with such generous harvest donations for the local foodbank. It was so incredibly kind.
And Largs Primary also got in the act with their own donation to help the foodbank which operates out of Largs Community Church on Thursday afternoons.
A total of 20 bags of groceries were amassed from Skelmorlie Primary School from their harvest festival, while a total of 14 bags of groceries were also collected from Largs Primary School from their harvest festival.
Grateful thanks were provided by the Largs Food Bank on their social media channels to the kindness of both schools in helping others.
