LARGS Film Society is now in full swing as it beings its new season of cinematic celebration of world cinema.
It presents its programme of movies in the Valhalladome in Vikingar on Friday evenings every three weeks from September to May.
The films it screens come from across the world and encompass a wide range of titles, some bang up to date, others classics from the past.
The films start at 7pm and doors open at 6.30pm. Everyone has the opportunity to rate the movie they have seen and the scores are compared to the Internet Movie Database (IMDb) film scores. Members comments and recommendations are always welcome.
