POLICE are investigating a report of a break-in at a property in Largs earlier this month.
The incident happened in Linn Avenue in the town on October 2.
Police say that the matter is so far undetected, and are currently investigating.
The item featured in the monthly crime report presented by Largs police to the community council which covered mid-September to mid-October.
Police are also investigating a theft which occurred in Queen's Avenue in Largs on October 4.
Meanwhile, officers are also looking into the matter of a theft of finding in which a lost item was not at the scene of recovery in Boyd Street on October 8.
