AN ISLAND primary school received new sewing gifts by a valued charity that help the community.
Pupils at Cumbrae Primary received a donation of three sewing machines by charity The Cumbrae Forum.
The new equipment will now help the children continue to develop their crafting skills and take on new projects.
Head teacher Julie McAleese wanted to send a message of thanks to The Cumbrae Forum for their kind donation to the school.
She said: "The donation is much appreciated and the children cannot wait to plan some new projects."
