THE Largs Parish Church is hosting a coffee morning to raise funds for our lifeboat heroes in the RNLI on November 23.
It will be an opportunity to get ahead of Christmas planning as RNLI cards and calendars will be on sale along with a host of souvenirs and craft stalls to choose presents from.
There will also be two generous raffles of food and beauty/make up. The event is a celebration of the 200th anniversary of the RNLI, and the 60th anniversary of Largs Lifeboat.
RNLI fundraiser Cathy Holgate said: "A warm welcome is assured. There will be mince pies and other goodies.
"So please put the date and venue in your diary and help support the organisation that saves lives at sea!"
The Largs Parish Church is the new name for Clark Memorial Church.
The event is taking place in the church hall annexe from 10am till 12 noon.
