David Bowman contributed a folder of Prestwick ephemera and deeds for a feu in Auchinleck, for Ian Smith local was his home area of East Lothian and Hugh Lapham had photos of Prestwick Airport in the war years.
Ricky Boyd started the second round with a first issue of the West Kilbride Advertiser and items with local connections to Clan Boyd.
Robert Watt showed postcards and postal history of the Stewarton area and David Rossall completed the evening with old maps of West Kilbride, books on old Kilmarnock and old O/S maps of Ayr.
At the next meeting on November 20, the club will have a visit from Alex Walker with a display 'A Counterblaste to Tobacco'.
