LARGS Players are looking forward to another panto production in Snow White with the lead actress turns from panto baddie last year to hero this year!

Kate MacCalman takes the lead role after making her debut with the club as the villainous Wednesday in last year’s panto Aladdie.

As a member of Largs Youth Theatre Kate starred as Miss Honey in their European Festival award winning performance of Matilda, and Kate featured as a soloist in Magic of Musicals. Other credits include Frozen Jr with LYT and Grease with Largs Academy.

Danny Lindsay is back to bring the laughs once again as Muddles.  Danny is a familiar face in  pantomime season, having previously played the roles of Wishee Washee in Aladdie, Captain Hook in Peter Pan, and Moderna the Ugly Sister in Cinderella.

Maggie McMillan brings her jovial spirit and Scottish humour to the role of Dame again this year after debuting as Dame Widow Twankey in Aladdie.

Millport's Laura Tyler has appeared in many pantos including as SoShy in Aladdie, ad Fairy Cupcake in Sleeping Beauty. This year, as Prince William’s sister Haylie Brae, she’s bringing laughs and looking for love…Will Princess Haylie find her comical match?

Principal Boy Cameron is Prince William, and he familiar with royal roles having starred as Prince Carey, a member of our royal boyband Royal Direction in Sleeping Beauty.

And get ready to boo and hiss the evil Queen Botoxia played by Lauren Beckwith, and her three henchmen Smasher, Basher and Thrasher, played by recognisable faces Willie Mullen, Alan Milligan and Jon Wilkin.

And no production of Snow White is complete without her seven dwarfs who will be played by Nuala Cameron-Finn, Sol Henderson, Grace Craigmile, Bella Edison, Sofia Hussain, Carla Blair and Rosie Bradshaw.
