POLICE received a report of a dog being 'dangerously out of control' in Largs town centre.
The incident featured in the most recent crime report provided by Police Scotland to Largs Community Council.
The incident happened on October 31 in Aitken Street, which is a busy shopping thoroughfare in the town.
The matter was not detected, and police enquiries are continuing into the incident.
The crime report featured crimes in the neighbourhood between mid-October and mid-November.
