We have spent many happy summer holidays in Largs and have always taken great delight in admiring the colourful displays of flowers and other plants which have enhanced the town’s appearance.
This year, however, we were bitterly disappointed to find that the flower beds and planters were neglected & overgrown and that flowers were conspicuous by their absence.
Sadly, the days of Largs winning a “Scotland in Bloom” award appear to have long gone and all we can say is shame on you North Ayrshire Council !
