THE teaching pool for children at the Vikingar centre in Largs has been temporarily closed.
Operators KA Leisure sent out an alert to customers on social media channels on June 5.
A spokesperson for KA Leisure explained: "Due to a technical issue, the Teaching Pool at Vikingar is currently closed.
"Unfortunately, the issues affecting the Teaching Pool at Vikingar are ongoing and therefore swimming lessons have been cancelled tonight, Wednesday June 5. The team are currently phoning all those affected."
The teaching pool is for beginners or younger swimmers.
The main pool and the other facilities at Vikingar are not believed to be affected by the problem.
