Largs Thistle 2010s are hiking up Ben Lomond to raise funds for their football club and are hoping the community can help in their mission.
The team are getting fit and fundraising for the new season, and have so far raised just shy of £500, which is half of their target. They hope News readers can help boost the funds.
A club spokesperson said: "Largs Thistle 2010s are carrying out various challenges set by our sponsors to raise money to purchase their own kit for the season 24/25.
"The challenges start with hiking Ben Lomond on Sunday July 28."
