LARGS Table Tennis Club is a vibrant community where people of all ages and abilities come together to enjoy the game, make new friends, and enjoy some competitive action.
It is open to all and offers a supportive environment where you can learn, improve, and have fun.
The club takes pride on being a community where everyone feels valued and included, regardless of age, skill level, or background.
A Largs Table Tennis Club spokesperson said: "Playing table tennis is not only a great way to stay physically active, but it also offers a host of mental benefits.
"The fast-paced nature of the game improves hand-eye coordination, reflexes, and concentration.
"It's a fantastic workout for the brain, helping to sharpen your mind and keep you mentally agile.
"Physically, table tennis is a low-impact sport that provides a full-body workout. It enhances cardiovascular health, improves balance and coordination, and helps to build muscle strength and endurance. Plus, it's a fun way to burn calories and stay fit.
"Whether you want to play competitively or just for fun, you'll find a warm welcome and a supportive community ready to help you get started.
"Come along to our next session and see for yourself why table tennis is such a beloved sport in our town. "
Largs Table Tennis Club is based in the main hall at Inverclyde Sports Centre, from 7-9pm every Wednesday.
