A Benny Gallagher Songwriting Workshop is taking place on Monday 28 January at Barrfields, starting at 6.30pm.

Are you a budding songwriter looking for inspiration and ways of enhancing your skill but not sure where to go next.

The unique opportunity is being offered to the beginner, intermediate, or advanced songwriter to hone their talents in the company of Largs very own legendary singer/songwriter.

Benny's career which has enabled him to work with many of the worlds leading artists including : Paul McCartney, Eric Clapton, Pete Townsend, and Ronnie Lane to name but a few.

-Probably most famous for being one half of Largs legendary pop duo Gallagher and Lyle, they enjoyed a string of their own successes - including the richly romantic songs " Heart on my Sleeve " and " I Wanna Stay With You".
